- The Philippine Consulate does not obtain driver's license certificates directly from LTO.
- The applicant will apply from LTO in the Philippines for an LTO Certification through a representative in the Philippines.
- LTO certification may be transmitted directly by LTO to the Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne thru email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
- Based on the email certification, the Philippine Consulate will then issue its own certification as required by VicRoads.
- Applicant shall request LTO to provide the following information via email:
- License Type and Number
- License Number
- Date of Issue of License
- Official Receipt Number
- Date of Issue of Official Receipt
- Amount Paid
- Agency
- License Expiry Date
- Restriction Code/s
- Date of Birth
- Holder of License since
- Submit an original and Two (2) photocopies of the data page of the Philippine passport
- Photocopy of Philippine Driver’s License, if any
- Certification Fee: AUD45.00 Cash Only
- Self-addressed “Express Post” envelope (A4), which can be obtained at any Australia Post.
- Personal submission of LTO Certification - Apostilled by DFA to the Philippine Consulate (Appointment is required using the link below)
- Applicant will bring to the Philippine Consulate the following:
- LTO Certification - Apostilled by DFA
- Original and Two (2) photocopies of the data page of the Philippine passport
- Photocopy of Philippine Driver’s License, if any
- Certification Fee:AUD45.00 Cash Only
- Self-addressed “Express Post” envelope (A4), which can be obtained at any Australia Post.
- The Certification to be issued by the Philippine Consulate will be forwarded via email to Victoria Roads and to the applicant
- The Original Certification will be mailed to the applicant for at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS upon receipt of complete requirements.
